Membership Types

This membership type is reserved for women and female and/or gender diverse identifying individuals who work full time in the Australia screen industry. Professional Members receive full voting rights and member benefits.

This membership type is reserved for women and female and/or gender diverse identifying individuals who study full time at Australia educational institution industry. Purchase of this membership will require the individual to provide their university issued student ID.

Student members do not hold voting rights and some member benefits are restricted.

Supporter memberships can be purchased by any gender who wish to support the operations of WIFT Australia as a member.

For example, this could be a male-identifying person in or outside of the screen industry or female or non-binary person who is not working in the screen industry.

Supporters do not hold voting rights or access to the WIFT Australia Facebook group but they are eligible for some member-only discounts (such as event tickets).

If you are already a WIFT Vic member, for just an extra $30 per year, you can also be a member of WIFT Australia and gain access to the national chapter’s benefits as well as WIFT Vic’s.

This membership option is only available to you if you identify as a woman or gender diverse screen professional.

If you have previously been a member, please follow the prompts on our website to renew rather than repurchase your membership, whether it be PROFESSIONAL, STUDENT, or a SUPPORTER membership.
